Marketing & Communications Coordinator
This non-profit destination marketing organization is looking for an entry-level Marketing & Communications Coordinator who is willing to work hard and grow with the company. This position will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing and communication programs including ad placement, printed materials and communications logistics and monitoring. The candidate must be self-motivated and a team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must also have excellent organizational, problem solving skills and strong communications skills. Microsoft Office, Excel and Simpleview CRM/CMS experience preferred. Must maintain a valid driver's license in order to perform responsibilities related to job functions. Preferred Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Tourism & Hospitality Management or related field. One year of work experience may substitute for one year of the required education up to a maximum of four years substitution. Where substitution is accepted, applicant must show increased knowledge-base and experience in progressively more challenging work assignments.
