Temporary Receptionist
Job Description
Serves as backup support for the operations of the Office of Undergraduate Education, serving as an administrative assistant and receptionist for the Associate Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education. This position is guaranteed 10 hours per week with the possibility of an additional 10 hours per week given for a total of 20 hours per week based on the operational needs of the office.
Required Qualifications
1. Experience working in an administrative assistant or related role in a university setting;
2. Experience providing a welcoming environment for a diverse public;
3. Demonstrated professionalism and integrity;
4. Reliability;
5. Flexibility in availability.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience working at a college or university;
2. Experience with event planning.
