Player Personnel Specialist, Women's Basketball
Job Description
Coordinate the daily recruiting operational and logistical processes for the women’s basketball program. Plan and execute Recruiting Calendar (mail, video, graphics, social media – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). Identify, evaluate, collect data, manage video library, etc. on prospects to provide direction to the coaching staff. Provide them updates on committed prospects and prospects coaches identify. Monitor the number of contacts and evaluations conducted by the coaching staff and work with Athletics Compliance to ensure records are consistent. Supervise planning and coordinating of official and unofficial visits to campus. Monitor and work collaboratively with the staff to keep them updated on changes in the rules (university, conference, and NCAA).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management or a related field plus one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
