Offense Assistant, Football
The Offense Assistant for football will work closely with the offensive coaching staff. They will be responsible for weekly game plans, scouting reports, and video breakdowns of the upcoming opponent and self-scout. This position will work closely with position coaches and provide additional instruction in a meeting room setting. They will also work closely with players and provide on the field instruction.
This position will also work closely with other members of the football staff. They will work with the Director of Football Operations and recruiting staff to assist in all facets of the football department. They will also serve as a liaison to academics for their assigned position group.
Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
Self-motivated individual with the ability to problem solve and work individually or in a group setting.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, XOS Thunder, XOS ThunderCloud, Pro Football Focus, and Microsoft Visio.
Experience as collegiate football player.
Commensurate with experience.
The successful Candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction check
