Human Resources Data Analyst
Job Description
This new position is responsible for developing analytics related to human resources for the University. Develops new data analyses and reports for the colleges and administration. Uses knowledge of data management and statistics to provide descriptive and inferential statistics to inform decision making. Conducts analysis toward the provision of monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Writes management briefs on the applied methodology and findings. Conduct research as required.
Required Qualifications
Advance degree in business intelligence, statistics or related field and/or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education; experience dealing with confidential materials; comfortable with analytical tools such as JMP, R, or other comparable statistical tools; proficient in Excel;
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the field of data analytics and reporting in Land Grant University setting; interest in Labor Economics and Higher Education Analytics; data visualization experience; consulting coursework or experience.
