Housing Maintenance SupervisorVirginia Tech
Under the direction of the Housing Maintenance Manager, the Housing Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the coordination and supervision of the daily work for the Housing Maintenance Department. This includes electrical, plumbing, mechanical and related systems and equipment for Housing and the coordination of contract work.
Experience with repair and installation of commercial building systems and equipment. Bachelors degree and/or equivalent related experience in business or construction management. Extensive experience with the building trades.
Journey or Master's certification in a trade occupation. Previous commercial or residential facilities maintenance.
Salary range is $47,000 - $52,000, commensurate with experience.
