Commercial Food Service Equipment Master Technician
Job Description
Installs, maintains, and repairs over 400 different pieces of commercial food service equipment such as water cooled equipment, gas and electric cooking equipment, dishwashing and pot washing machines, and commercial appliances. Utilizes wiring diagrams, blueprints, manufacture specifications, hand and power tools, testing meters and calibrators, and welding equipment to provide diagnoses and repairs.
Required Qualifications
Considerable experience in maintenance and repair of commercial food service equipment. Education/training in food service equipment repair, electronics, and refrigeration/electrical repair. Ability to operate and analyze information from testing equipment. Working knowledge of computers to submit and close work orders.
Preferred Qualifications
Associates degree and/or journey/master's certification in a trades occupation preferred. Universal EPA refrigeration certification. Commercial Food Equipment Service Association master certification.
