Assistant to the Director
Job Description
The College of Engineering is seeking to fill a full time administrative and professional faculty position responsible for recruitment activities within the College. The College is committed to increasing the diversity of the undergraduate student body and this position is essential to the recruitment and retention of these students. Responsibilities will include providing leadership, as well as, technical and clerical support for the recruitment efforts of the College of Engineering. This position will also oversee the marketing and social media for the CEED Office. The position requires occasional evening and weekend work, and limited travel.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in an area related to marketing and communications. | Experience with software such as Qualtrics, Publisher, Photoshop, and MS Office.| Experience administrating social media.| Ability to work independently on simultaneous multiple projects.| Ability to interpret office policies and procedures as they apply to situations requiring immediate decisions.| Ability to maintain a high level of organization in an extremely high traffic office environment.| Ability to work successfully with a wide range of professionals within a teamwork setting.
