Assistant Student Conduct Coordinator
Job Description
The Assistant Student Conduct Coordinator will work closely with students and student organizations to promote interpersonal awareness, purposeful actions, self-reflection, community commitment, and civility. Responsibilities include: meeting with students to resolve conduct matters through the informal resolution process, including fostering student learning through sanctioning and ongoing follow-up meetings; coordinating formal hearings; assisting with office administration; representing Student Conduct at university events, as needed, and participating in outreach activities and trainings; and working on departmental and divisional projects and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of training and or experience. Excellent communication skills; Ability to problem solve and analyze complex situations; Commitment to diversity and inclusion; Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in a university setting or working with college students or rising college students. Experience handling and maintaining confidential information. Previous experience facilitating meetings and educational programs.

The successful candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction check as well as documentation of COVID-19 vaccination or receive approval from the university for a vaccination exemption due to a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief.
