Job Description

The Office of the University Registrar seeks highly motivated candidates for the position of Academic Compliance Specialist/Graduation Analyst. Responsibilities of the position include ensuring compliance with Federal enrollment/degree reporting requirements, 125% Rule Compliance for in-state tuition, Academic Certifications and Graduation Analysis.

Required Qualifications

Successful candidate must have demonstrated knowledge of standard office practices and procedures; strong computer skills to include data entry; some knowledge of query language, programs and office applications; demonstrated data analysis experience; demonstrated ability to process large volumes of work while maintaining a high level of accuracy; strong communication and analytical skills and the ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities; strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact comfortably and respectfully with all individuals in a diverse multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and exercising sound judgement. Advanced computer experience including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word and large-scale relational databases. Knowledge of university degree requirements and academic eligibility policies. Experience working with academic requirements, degree audits, academic records, student advising and/or dealing with reconciliation and proofreading experience.
