Computer Support Specialist
The computer support specialist position will provide technical support to University Advancement's faculty and staff while serving as the liaison to Business Operations regarding IT fixed assets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will have duties to include:
• Basic support for departmental computing devices
• Routine upkeep, maintenance, and supply of workgroup printers, copiers, and fax machines
• Communication of needs to the Director of Systems Administration and Technology Support
• Monitoring of incoming service requests and ensure appropriate escalations are performed; and maintaining proper documentation
