The Department of Neurology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of medical education. Applicants must have an M.D. or D.O. degree. The candidate must be board certified or board eligible in Neurocritical Care.

Teaching responsibilities may include training residents, fellows and medical students of which the successful candidate should have a strong interest in. The opportunity for a leadership position in the Penn Neurocritical Care Fellowship Program is present.

Clinical responsibilities may include attending on the Neurocritical Care and Neurohospitalist Services at Penn Medicine Hospitals. This will include Neurohospitalist specific work at the Vetern Affairs.
