Hardware Support Specialist
This position supports Computer/Printer Hardware. Serves as backup to the Software Support Specialist position when necessary. Assist the Senior Network/Systems Engineer (Hardware). Maintain users' accounts and passwords. Help Maintain Attorney, Bishop, and Communications Directory. Confidential & Staff only SharePoint websites.
Bachelor of Science Degree or combination of work and college education with 4-5 years of related experience. Experience with personal computers using high-level word processing software, specifically Microsoft Office 2010. Ability to solve personal computer software problems for PC users and support the various software and hardware functions of a data center/client relationship.
Strong skills using PowerPoint software and able to produce or assist in creating professional-looking presentations. Experience in a client support position demonstrating excellent customer service skills a must. HTML coding capability is a necessity. Ability to create projects in Photoshop. Superior skill level using the personal computer to include a competent typing capability. Excellent communications/customer service skills required. Experience with accounting/ bookkeeping a plus.
