EARLY CHILDHOOD QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
Early Childhood Quality Assurance Manager
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the monitoring of performance outcome expectations for all program content areas; Family Services, Health Services, Education Services, and evaluates their performance against defined standards and goals. It is the responsibility of the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that all program services delivered are compliant with all relevant external Head Start and Early Head Start regulations including state licensing and all internal and applicable STEP, Inc. policies and procedures. Supervision of Receptionist and Classroom Floaters.
This position requires an effective partnership with the Management Team to ensure that quality improvement efforts are well integrated rather than fragmented. The Quality Assurance Manager will be the lead ChildPlus system trainer for all program staff. Under the direction of the Early Childhood Education Director, this position will maintain a structure of program monitoring for Continuous Quality Improvement and program data evaluation for measuring compliance, quality, and outcomes to ensure targets are achieved.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in a Human Services or related field.
-Three years’ experience in education management and compliance systems.
-Computer skills to produce and interpret graphs, charts, spreadsheets and other mathematical reports.
-Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions; make recommendations and develop implementation strategies.
-Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
-Ability to interpret agency, federal and state laws pertaining to the program.
-Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail are required.
Starting salary range: $46,730.25 – $54,054.05. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, disability insurance, PTO, and 401K.
