Human Resources Manager
STEP, Inc. seeks a skilled and experienced professional to assume the position of Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will provide leadership in facilitating communication, professional development, employee relations, and compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource management is required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Professional certification in Human Resources or equivalent experience desired. Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required. Must have the ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
Benefits include health, dental & disability insurance, PTO and 401K. The salary range for this position is $31,660.00 - $34,134.00 annually.
