Video Lottery Assistant Operations Manager

The incumbent in this position reports to Assistant Director of Casino Gaming. The incumbent will direct and coordinate game development, expansions, and game changes with vendors, agents, and central computer system operating personnel. The incumbent will monitor agents’ adherence to establish internal controls and procedures, integrity and security of the casino games, and ensure compliance with Delaware law and Video Lottery and Table Games Regulations. The incumbent will review and approve licensed agents' marketing and promotional programs for suitability to ensure materials are not misleading and do not adversely reflect on the State, agents, or Citizens of Delaware.
