PRODUCTION MANAGER
Manager needed for an aircraft DC motor and actuator assembly facility.
We produce new manufactured products as well as licensed overhauls.
This position requires a highly qualified person to ramp up production in
an assembly facility of D.C. motors and actuators for the aerospace industry.
Must have knowledge to oversee inventory for maximum flow of sub-assemblies
assemblies and final assemblies.
Maintaining a proper and accurate in process paperwork flow is essential.
Experience of outside processes such as plating, grinding, blazing, welding, heat treat, etc..
Provides clear directions with strong leadership role in assessing & troubleshooting of
problems with immediate documented resolutions.
Must be highly skilled in Production supervision, planning, cross training, hiring
and maintaining an efficient team and especially a clean work enviroment that
promotes good attendance, pride and strong safety awareness.
10 years managerial experience in the above description a must.
