Established full-service locksmith and security company in Roanoke, VA is seeking an experienced, full-time out-of-shop locksmith with strong sales and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, with a sharp attention to detail, a servant's heart, and the desire to give every customer the highest-level quality of customer experience. An in-depth knowledge of keys and keying systems, IC Core locks, door closers, knowledge of basic low voltage wiring and computer skills are a plus, but not required. Experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

Core Accountabilities:

· Work Bench Rekey and Lock Repair
· In-shop/Vehicle Inventory
· Vehicle Maintenance
· Retail Customer Interactions

Daily Activities: (In-Shop and Out-of-Shop) · Make Service Calls during normal business hours · Vehicle Inventory · Workbench Rekeying and Lock Repair · Key Cutting/Basic Locksmithing · Open/Close Shop · Clean, Maintain, calibrate and service equipment · Assisting Customers Over the Phone Benefits · Employer paid health, life insurance and Identity Protection · PTO · Dental/Vision Insurance · 401k with matching · Take home vehicle provided after completion of training period · Tools provided · Company cell phone Must be able to pass a background check as well as be able to obtain valid Virginia DCJS registrations.
