Residential Youth Counselor
Full-time and Part-time positions available!
Staff provide direct care and supervision of children and adolescents ages 5-18 who are experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges in a campus residential treatment setting. Conduct Sanctuary® -based group activities for social and emotional development, promote daily living skills, and encourage positive social interactions with peers and adults. Complete required documentation through electronic health record. Collaborate with a team of professionals to help each child reach their treatment goals.
Schedule: Full-time 2nd or 3rd shift and Part-time weekend and morning opportunities available
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Early Childhood, or related field preferred; will consider combination of post-high school education and related experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic or school setting.
Requirements: 21 years of age or older; Ability to obtain clean clearances for FBI Fingerprints, Child Abuse, and PA Criminal History; Official transcripts and diploma to verify educational level. EOE.

Compensation: Minimum entry rate: $9.50-$11.50, depending upon position and educational level, plus $2.00/hr. Residential Program pay differential. Hourly, non-exempt position classification.
