Richfield Living is seeking a Residential Lifestyle Coordinator who encompasses our RISES values and understands the importance of being a resource and support to enrich the lives of our Independent Living residents in Salem, VA. This position will report directly to the Executive Director of Residential Living.

The Residential Lifestyle Coordinator will coordinate move-ins to new independent living facilities and support residents transitioning into the community. The Residential Living Coordinator will serve as subject matter expert for community systems including but not limited to tenant management system and be an integral team member helping residents utilize other systems self-service such as community engagement software, enterprise support software, and retail services software. This role will partner with colleagues of Independent Living to coordinate and promote resident led groups and purposeful community engagement opportunities. And this role will be a key player in opening the exciting Town Center Fall 2021 including new amenities and services such as dining, wellness, and salon.
Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently and work with teams to create the best experience for residents
- 4 year degree or related year’s work experience required
- Strong active listening skills to follow instructions clearly
- Attention to detail and priority management skills
- Time management skills to ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities
- Tenant management experience and/or related software use/implementation experience preferred
