Richfield Living is seeking a Residential Lifestyle Coordinator who encompasses our RISES values and understands the importance of being a resource and support to enrich the lives of our independent living residents. This position will report directly to the Director of Independent Living.
Core Responsibilities:
- Facilitates life enrichment opportunities for Independent Living residents.
- Promote residents socialization, education, physical and mental wellbeing.
- Assist residents, family members and visitors by answering general questions and concerns in a friendly, helpful professional manner in alignment with Richfield's mission, vision RISES values; share important information with IL Team. Provide assistance with kiosk and vending navigation.
- Assist residents as concierge/ service coordinator to ensure appropriate service delivery upon move in and throughout residency. Aid resident in placing order via electronic device. Deliver meals and packages to residents; triage transportation and service needs. Enter maintenance requests in Worxhub.
- Serve as subject matter expert for community systems including but not limited to tenant management system, community engagement software, enterprise support software, and retail services software. Participate in implementation, set up, maintenance, and training as needed.
- Partner with Community Engagement, Wellness Program and Independent Living team members to coordinate and promote resident led groups, community engagement platforms, and community activities and events.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and participate in implementing new processes.

Education or experience:
- 4 year degree or related year’s work experience required
- Tenant management experience and/or related software use/implementation experience preferred
