Richfield Living is accepting applications for a Full-Time Resident Concierge to work in Ridgecrest,
Independent Living apartments. This team member will provide support services to enrich the activities of daily life for our independent living
residents living in low-income housing. Services are provided in an efficient manner to safely meet residents’, family members and visitor’s needs in alignment with Richfield’s mission, vision and RISES values. This position reports to the Residential Living Manager.

Summary of responsibilities (not an all-inclusive list):
The Resident Concierge is responsible for Receptionist duties to include COVID screening for residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors while representing our Values-RISES. Effective and
timely communication to Independent Living team members as needed, assistance for residents with kiosk, vending navigation and scheduling/delivering a variety of services. Will be trained to handle emergency situations in
accordance with company policies, procedures, Vision and Mission.
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent education preferred.
- Some relevant prior work experience is preferred
- Must demonstrate the ability to interact with the
residents in a polite and professional manner. - Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Excellent and effective communication skills/ability
to determine who needs such communication - Exceptional customer service skills
- Possess a sense of urgency to respond to resident
needs and emergency situations that may arise
