Richfield Living, in Salem, VA, is accepting applications for a Full-Time creative, motivated and dynamic Medical Records Technology Coordinator. This position reports to the Health Services Leader (Administrator).

The Medical Records Technology Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the medical records health information system in compliance with federal, state and local requirements. Leads, directs, monitors and is responsible for the successful operation of all aspects of the Health Information Record. Ensures optimization of the PointClickCare (PCC) and PointOfCare (POC). Effective communication with Nurse Leadership and Medical providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Record Administration preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Effective oral and written communication
- Proficient computer knowledge
- Advance knowledge of PCC with database configuration and implementation experience preferred
