Richfield Living is accepting applications for HR Coordinator who are wanting to become a FT team member.
The Human Resources Coordinator is an integrate part of our Assisted Living Resident experience at Richfield Living. The individual will report to the Assistant Living Administrator's will provide comprehensive HR support by providing and coordinating recruitment, performance management, and data entry. Serves as HR liaison between Richfield’s 2 assisted living facilities to coordinate HR functions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- · Maintaining personnel records and files
- · Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
- · Employee relations assistance (as needed)
- · Create and maintain reporting
- · Ensure compliance with policy, procedure, applicable state and federal laws and regulations
- · Orientation – assisted living specific
- · Basic benefits administration
- · Coordinator of HR functions such as performance appraisals, training, surveys, and licensure compliance
Required Qualifications
- Working experience with Human Resources principles and practices
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Experience handling sensitive/confidential information with discretion.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organize and prioritize a variety of competing demands while meeting established deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
Preferred Qualifications
- · Bachelor or Associates degree in Business or related field.
- · 1-2 years’ experience in human resources or related field
