The Oaks at Richfield Living is accepting applications for a Full - Time Household Coordinator. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent interpersonal skills who can multi-task to provide exceptional care and services to our residents. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.

The Household Coordinator provides services and care for all of our residents by working collaboratively within the household to facilitate person first team work and provide efficient and quality outcomes. Assists the Director of Nursing with oversight of monthly vital signs, weights and reweighs, preventative programs and the implementation, oversight and education of team members for the restorative program for post therapy residents to maintain functional capabilities.
Qualifications:

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Approach each situation proactively and with a sense of urgency.
- High School graduate required.
- Experience with and knowledge of restorative, infection control, quality assurance, fall prevention and preventative programs.
- Experience working with senior population(s) within a senior living community.
- Certified Nursing Assistant license required upon hire; Medication Aide license is preferred, but not required upon hire. Richfield will provide assistance with obtaining Med Aide licensure.
- Leadership skills preferred
- Some activity experience preferred
