Richfield Living is accepting applications for Community Engagement Manager who are wanting to become a FT team member.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Salem campus and Roanoke campus community purpose, wellness and engagement – residents and team members
o Physical

- Mentor team to design and implement purposeful daily living activities
- Maintain knowledge of trends in senior living, active adult communities
- Research and recommend new wellness and engagement programming for residents and team members; coordinate implementation with activities, wellness and resident services team members; monitor effectiveness
- Manage Community Engagement budget including events, activities, wellness equipment and wellness spaces
- Manage vendors and suppliers/ providers to ensure quality consistent with Richfield objectives
- Research, implement and manage appropriate resident engagement technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the residents and team members · Oversee access to content for residents, work order efficiency, crisis management for residents, and building rentals
- Coordinate with campus team members to ensure clear and consistent communication including but not limited to resident services, activities directors, marketing and public relations
- Collaborate with Director of Community and Development to align community resources to provide diverse offerings and expand appropriate community partnerships Core Competencies:

Requirements:
- Experience with health and wellness
- Working knowledge of technology, social media, apps, and integrating software tools
- Experience managing staff and/or volunteers
- Four year college degree or equivalent experience
