In order to best serve our clients and our community, The Vinod Chachra IMPACT Lab at Radford University is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and results driven Business Development Manager. We cultivate relationships and grow enrollment by serving adult learners in through our innovative Competency-Based Education (CBE) programs in high demand and high growth sectors such as cybersecurity, geospatial intelligence and education.

Radford University's Vinod Chachra IMPACT Lab is seeking interested candidates who are:

Business Development Manager preferred qualifications:
-Experience with generating and qualifying business leads.
-Experience with the process of researching and developing sales solutions that address a customer's needs.
-Experience with cultivating business relationships, strategic partnerships, marketing, and/or generating revenue.
-One to five years of experience in a related field.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field is preferred or equivalent education.
Description of Job Task/Responsibility:
-Responsible for supporting efforts to increase enrollment and corresponding revenue to achieve the Lab's quarterly and annual growth objectives including
-Finding, generating, and qualifying leads based upon demographics and program fit.
-Cultivating relationships with prospects including phone, video and in-person meetings.
-Assisting in the development of projections of lead conversion, enrollment and revenue.
-Developing and implementing relationship cultivation plans
-Utilizing social media tools to expand awareness, engagement, and drive enrollment.
-Assisting with the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
