Enthusiastic, reliable & caring individuals needed to work in intermediate care facility, residential program group homes, and/or in-home to provide care and assist adults with intellectual, mental health & developmental disabilities. Must have the ability to work well on a diverse team, multi-task, exhibit good documentation skills, and computer proficiency. High School Diploma / GED required, along with valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Experience with ID/DD individuals preferred. CNA wouldbe a plus but not required.

Multiple shifts needed, rotating weekend availability required. Pay DOE/E
