Phoenix, LLC, a Community Mental Health Company serving Roanoke, Botetourt, Vinton, Salem, Franklin, Henry, and Patrick counties in southwest Virginia. We are seeking QMHP certified or eligible professionals for our Rocky Mount serving area. Competitive salary and benefits offered including licensure supervision opportunities.

SUMMARY - Plan and implement mental health services to adults who suffer with severe mental illness and/or co-occurring substance abuse. Serve as a role model for clients to learn social values, attitudes and behaviors, address mental health, medical, emotional and socially related needs and act as liaison to other community agencies.


Graduated from an accredited university with a minimum of Bachelors' or Masters' degree (preferred) in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related human services field is required. One year minimum experience providing direct clinical services in a community-based mental health setting is required. Licensure or Licensure eligibility as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist in Virginia is preferred. Possession of a valid driver's license, and Current Driver's License with favorable driving record required (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, no more than 1 at-fault accident in the last 3 years, no DUIs in the last 5 years). Certification in CPR/First Aid and QMHP registration through the Board of Counseling.
