Veterinary Client Service Team Member
Southern Hills Animal Hospital has an opening with our Client Service Team. We are looking for a team member who has a big heart for animals, has strong computer skills, can multitask and enjoys working with people. Our primary team goal is to build, maintain and promote trust and confidence in the capabilities of the Southern Hills Veterinary Care Team. The most important skills our team members have include positive attitudes, enthusiasm, excellent listening skills, ability to learn and integrate knowledge quickly to solve problems and help educate clients so they can make informed decisions about their pet's care. Our team share the basic responsibility of promoting our business by making appointments, speaking to perspective new clients, recommend products and services, answer our multi line phone system and keep the appointment schedule flowing efficiently. They work closely with the Doctors and Technical Care Teams to ensure our clients and pets are well cared for. Our team has 2 primary shifts and cover hours from 8 am to 7 pm. The team alternates weekends. Experience in a medical setting is preferred, but a thorough training and mentoring program is provided. There is potential for advancement.
