OVERVIEW
Provides clinical, case management and consultation services for individuals with mental illness, substance use disorder, and/or developmental disabilities and their families. Also provides supportive counseling, individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, assessment, ISP development, psycho-education, and referrals to clients and their families. Provides assessment services to pregnant women and women with dependent children per agency priority population guidelines protocol. Develops and maintains working relationships with: individuals served, families, additional service providers, and other community agencies as needed to assure quality services. Works as part of a treatment team to assure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and function optimally in the community.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree in education, social work, psychology or human services related field required with at least one year of experience in a setting working with children and adolescents with emotional disorders, substance use disorders, and/or developmental disabilities is preferred. LPC or LCSW preferred. LMHP-E status required.
