OVERVIEW
The Intensive Services Facilitator for Emergency Services, assists the emergency services team by acting as a mentor to clinical staff. The Facilitator works closely with the management team to oversee the day-to-day running of emergency services team, and administrative tasks such as training, scheduling, quality assurance, and program goals. Develops and maintains working relationships with; clients, clients' families and/or care-givers, other CSB programs, and other agencies working with NRVCS clients. Will also provide direct crisis intervention and stabilization services to clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from an accredited university with at least a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related human services field is required. Licensure or Licensure Eligibility (as defined by Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services and actively pursuing Licensure) as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist is preferred. One year of supervised experience providing emergency services with pre-screener certification is required.
