OVERVIEW
Provides direct services designed to promote community inclusion and independence to children and/or adolescents with developmental disabilities and/or serious mental illness participating in the KPACT (Kids Program for Assertive Community Treatment). Meets with children and or/adolescents in their home, community, or school settings providing 1:1 support and guidance around their behavioral, mental, or emotional health issues. Works with family members, other care givers, other staff, and natural community resources as indicated in the individual service plans to ensure appropriate services are delivered. This position may provide assisted living supports and/or crisis intervention services.
Includes mileage to/from clients home, clinical supervision, and ability to work with a team of clinicians and case managers to provide the best possible services to our clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
HS diploma required, experience working with children required. Bachelor's degree in human services field preferred. Acceptable driving record and reliable transportation required. Must be able to work evenings and at least one weekend day.
