Program Support Technician

Location: Administrative Office, 1093 E Main St, Radford, VA  24141



Performs a variety of administrative and complex clerical duties in providing a full range of support services for staff. Answers telephone and serves as a receptionist making appropriate client referrals. Administers the donor database. Assists management staff with research projects as assigned. Responsible for Main Office mail services. Responsible for shared office equipment. Logs all incoming funds.


Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED plus two years of office experience working with computers.


Status and Pay Information:

Full-time position; 40 hours per week. Minimum starting pay is $13.00 per hour, possibly more dependent upon qualifications and experience, plus full benefits. Additional compensation for being bilingual (Spanish/English).
