Job Description | The Clinical Didactics Administrative Coordinator shall assist the clinical medicine department chairs by organizing and maintaining the offices in the departments, coordinating travel arrangements, coordinating calendars including meeting schedules and arrangements, handling clinical departmental budgets, and coordinating all aspects of didactics developed and delivered by clinical faculty in the OMS I & II Clinical Skills courses, OMS II systems courses, and the OMSIII and OMSIV core rotations. |
Required Qualifications | High school diploma; *two years office experience. |
Preferred Qualifications | Two year degree. |

Job Duty | assist DCOM clinical faculty in the maximal use of LMU-DCOM Learning Management System s capabilities to provide assessment of OMS III and IV competencies and maintain didactic grades for OMS III & IV Core rotations and others as needed |

Job Duty | assist Clinical Systems coordinators in development and delivery of OMSII systems courses didactics including the coordination of lecture and interactive testing and learning such as TBL |

Job Duty | greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner |

Job Duty | answer and direct telephone calls |

Job Duty | maintain calendars for DCOM clinical faculty |

Job Duty | provide office support (typing, filing, copying, etc.) as required |

Job Duty | initiate action as necessary for the handling of work items and issues particularly those related to departmental faculty, staff, and students |

Job Duty | coordinate guest speakers for OMSI & OMSII clinical skills courses and systems courses, including organizing lodging, posting lecture content to LMU-DCOM LMS, monitoring communication between guest speaker(s) and students, and organizing exam items provided by guest speakers |
