Teller-Member Service Representative
KEMBA Roanoke Federal Credit Union located in Salem, VA is looking for a Teller/Member Service Representative.
The candidate will assist credit union members with daily transactions in person and over the phone, assist them with using services like online/mobile banking, assist with debit/credit card issues, order/close debit/credit cards, assist with debit/credit card disputes, help them open and maintain accounts, utilize and keep in balance a cash drawer, and promote the credit union's products and services. Responsible for compliance with various banking regulations and other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Candidate should work well in a team environment, have good customer service skills, good PC skills, and be organized. Should have experience with cash handling and balancing. Educational Requirements: Minimally, a High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in a relevant field is a plus. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5:00.
