Office Coordinator – Roanoke Showroom

The Office Coordinator’s primary role is to assist the staff and the customers by answering phones and working at the front desk in the showroom to keep things running smoothly.  

Customer Service skills are essential to this position. This important role helps create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, and communication.

 

Skills Required:

  • Warm Welcoming Personality to greet the customers in the showroom
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Good Organizational Skills
  • Multi-Task Oriented and a Quick Learner
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) Skills Preferred:
  • QuickBooks Skills a Plus
  • Cabinetry or Construction Background a Plus

High School Diploma or Equivalent and Valid Driver’s License Required.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet & Assist Customers
  • Answer phones
  • Help manage schedules and appointments
  • Inventory & Filing
  • Keep samples organized in showroom
  • Posting new sales; and other clerical work
  • General Office duties.
