As a growing dental practice in the New River Valley, we are seeking an upbeat, positive hygienist with dedication to serving our patients with care and respect. We value work/life balance. This position is salary, with 7-8 weeks paid vacation throughout the year.

Experience and Education:
· Dental Hygiene license is required

What to Expect:
Our work week is Mon-Thurs 8-5. 

Hygienist responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
•    Arriving 15 minutes before opening to ensure that you are prepared for the day's patients
•    Working with the team to communicate patient needs. 
•    Managing the care of patients in a general dentistry setting. 
•    Providing care for roughly 8 patients per day on average. 
•    Creating a comfortable and welcoming clinical environment for new and returning patients. 
•    Performing typical hygiene procedures like SRP, Prophies, Perio Maintenance, X-rays, and Perio Charting,. 
•    Documenting treatment using Curve Hero software. 
•    Communicating with patients about their dental needs while reinforcing the dentist's diagnosis.
