Pizza Chef / Line Cook
We are looking for a Pizza Chef for our Cabana Club dining facility for the busy Summer season. A fun and exciting job, plenty of hours, competitive pay, beautiful beachfront location.
Responsibilities include:
Prepping and maintaining station during service
Maintaining constant inventory of product, including pizza dough, and actively participating in production
Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
Preparation and execution of other foods, including hot/cold sandwiches and fried foods
Interacting positively with Cabana Club members
Cleaning the station and properly storing food at the end of the shift
Maintaining a clean and orderly storage pantry
Any additional responsibilities assigned by the chef or manager
Desired qualifications:
Prior experience in a high-volume, fast/casual food service environment
Prior experience working with pizza or in a high volume pizzeria
Ability to communicate well with team members and management
Training in food safety / food handling protocols
Ability to work holidays and weekends
Ability to be flexible, and the desire to learn / perform various responsibilities
Positive and friendly attitude, as this position is visible to club members and families
