DePaul Community Resources seeks a senior-level human resources professional to fill the role of Vice President for Culture and Performance. He/she will lead all aspects of the organization's internal human resource operations and work collaboratively as a member of the executive leadership team. The VP must be a mission-focused, innovative, and collaborative leader with experience implementing effective approaches to ensuring the high-performing culture in multi-site organizations. Reporting to the President/CEO, the VP will ensure a human-centered approach to problem-solving to implement programs that are aligned with the organization's core values and strategies. The VP must have demonstrated the ability to effectively lead and manage change in a complex and growing organization. We are looking for an individual with a track record of success facilitating organizational change – designing and leading programs that staff and managers can confidently and independently implement. In addition to an expert-level understanding of HR laws, policies, and practices, the role requires superior leadership skills including the ability to build effective teams, communicate clearly, adapt quickly, delegate readily, and think and plan strategically.
