FT Contact Specialist:

Hourly positions available, with local nonprofit organization that provides a 24/7 information and referral center for the Commonwealth. Must have a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends. The positions requires providing information and referral services to Virginia residents via phone, chat, e-mail and in person in a fast paced environment.  Knowledge of human services, call center or crisis hotline work helpful.  Excellent verbal communication and computer skills are essential. Data entry skills helpful. High school diploma or GED required.  Position will be located in the Roanoke office.
