MULTIPLE RESTAURANT POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Newly formed restaurant group is currently looking to fill the following positions with high energy staff:
CHEF/SOUS CHEF DE CUISINE:
Experienced person with skills, insight, talent and the ability to be a team leader. This person will also be able to maintain an acceptable food cost while developing new and exciting menu items.
Experienced in front and back of the house management, ability to handle any situation that arises while maintaining a comfortable guest centric front of the house. This person must also have the ability to motivate the service staff and must be knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
Experienced in creating uniquely crafted cocktails, maintain a low beverage cost and have a great personality. Duties to include bar inventory and all liquor purchasing.
DAY DELI MANAGER:
Highly motivated, energetic and friendly individual with experience in deli operations that will include: cutting meats and cheeses for both customers and the restaurant kitchen, handle to go and delivery orders. This individual will handle the above along with the purchasing of deli items, maintain beer cooler and beer stock inventory.
