Associate Director Development CNHF
Reporting to a Senior Director of Development or a Director of Development, the Associate Director of Development is responsible for independently managing a portfolio of entry and mid-level major gift prospects including the implementation of strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward major gift donors. Will partner with leadership, faculty, physicians, scientists, administrators and volunteers to implement these strategies. Will assist in executing and managing a comprehensive fundraising program to support strategic center or institution-wide initiatives. The position carries a responsibility for raising $500k-$1.5M+ million annually.
Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Required Skills & Knowledge
Demonstrated success in closing 5- to 7- figure gifts is necessary, along with a well-developed skills set of prioritizing, focusing and executing strategic fundraising plans. |
Outstanding verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with donors, volunteers, faculty and staff. Poise, initiative, energy and professional confidence is necessary . |
A high level of professionalism, compassion, creativity and integrity is required, coupled with an ability to earn the confidence of a wide range of internal and external constituents. |
Demonstrated success in staffing committees, and effectively managing volunteers.
