INTERNAL Case Manager/Documentation Training Specialist

BRBH is seeking a Trainer for our Mental Health Care Coordination program. Our Case Managers assist adults diagnosed with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorder in accessing supports essential for living in the community and meeting basic needs. The Trainer will support and onboard new Case Managers, coordinate job shadowing, and provide individual and group training as requested by the Director and Supervisors. This position also carries a caseload.

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a human services field or with 15 hours of semester credits in human services courses.
2. Experience: Six months of clinical experience working with adults diagnosed with a serious mental illness.
3. Good Driving Record: This position requires transporting clients or driving an agency vehicle. Candidates must have a valid Virginia driver's license with a safe driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last three years AND no criminal violations in the last five years).
