Data & Analytics Supervisor
The person in this innovative role will work with the CEO, CFO and members of the Executive Management Team to develop tools, systems and reports that guide decision making for our behavioral health agency. This person will also serve as a key contact with our electronic health records vendor and provide strategic oversight for software upgrades. The person will also supervise two positions who work with state level reporting and systems analysis to ensure reporting infrastructure that is consistent, relevant and timely.
What we are looking for: The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and present insights to leadership for decision-making. The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for maximizing agency goals.
The ideal candidate will be able to work proactively to analyze large amounts of data from multiple systems and will be motivated to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the systems and data elements to ensure the quality of the data. They will be able to communicate and present insights clearly to agency leadership. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks in high pressure and time-sensitive situations and will develop effective working relationships with all levels of agency staff.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree required. A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Statistics, or Information Technology is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of related experience required. IT or Data Management/Analytical experience is a plus.
- Supervisory Experience is a plus.
- Safe Driving Record: Safe driving record required (no more than two moving violations in the last three years, no criminal violations in the last five years).
