Accounts Payable Coordinator
Are you motivated to complete complex tasks accurately and efficiently? BRBH is seeking a detail-oriented team player to serve as Accounts Payable Coordinator. This position is primarily responsible for processing all payments for the agency and maintaining positive working relationships with both staff and vendors. There is an immense amount of follow-up effort required to ensure collection of proper documentation and payment approvals from multiple internal and external contacts.
The Accounts Payable Coordinator also:
- Provides back up coverage for purchasing, accounting, and audit support
- Completes facility invoices for timely payment
- Processes W9s and is responsible for annual 1099 reporting
- Manages staff mileage and other reimbursement payments
- Tracks agency credit cards and monthly statements
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of an associate degree in accounting or business is required.
- At least one year experience in accounting is preferred.
