Responsibilities include
· Maintaining a high level, professional with our customers and establishing a rapport
· Update customer information in database, schedule service calls to meet demands of both company and customer
· Good computer skills, ability to take command of service software
· Microsoft proficient including Word, Excel, and Outlook (Must)
